Thanks, Bill!  Charlotte short sales are picking up, I must say!  This one is a heck of a deal--in a prime location and the layout is just one-of-a kind.  It's in an historic building that was converted to lofts and the floorplan is wide open!  Great home for a patient, lucky buyer!

Love the furnishings and decor, very contemporary and shows well.  Shorts simply do not show that well here!
