Debe, wow I made it this post first. I like the market activity reports for the neighborhoods cause people can see factually what's going on as far as sold, pending, withdrawn and active. Sometimes in too small a neighborhoods I have to get a bigger radius to have more samples when the last six months only yields a handful of properties. Stonecroft looks very pretty and upscale.
Hi Gary! I'm glad you made it! I have been editing it for the last 10 or 15 minutes b/c I couldn't get the GoogleMap html to show up on the post when I entered it in! ARGGH! So, I just deleted it and will try the next one!
Most of my neighborhoods are large enough (over 120 homes) that I can get some good activity and other seldom have sales--this is one of the slow-moving areas but, the homes sell very well in here. The one pocket property that I have in there (above) is going to be one of those that flies off of the market! It's absolutely gorgeous and has a perfectly beautiful backyard retreat--complete with a putting green!!

Hi Don! Google mapping worked just fine for me in Nvu but, when I carried it over to AR, it brought up a blank screen. We'll just have to keep working at it--it's an awesome tool!
